Well, the server was clean installed about 2 months ago.

Well the nic card that I am using for the LAN side is a card and it is a
dual nic with one side disabled.
However I have not gotten these events before.
Then internet side is the build in nic.

Binding are:

LAN
File and printer sharing: TCP/IP first one
Client of MS networks TCP/IP first one

Internet
No binds in advanced setting but have TCP/IP in the connection properties.

Ipconfig :

win 2000 ip config:
host name uei01
dns suffix servername.local
node type hybrid
ip routing enabled yes
wins no
dns servername.local

LAN:

ip 192.168.16.2
255.255.255.0
no gateway
dns 192.168.16.2
wins 192.168.16.2

internet
all isp supplied
dns 192.168.16.2
