Time-out error, client calling webservice

I have a client pc on a smallbiz 2000 network which works perfectly except
when calling a webservice through a Winforms .Net application. The
webservice is known to be working, but the client machine gets a Time-out
exception.

When connecting to the webservice, the correct proxy details were used.

Has anyone had problems with webservices and ISA server? Any help on how to
track this down would be much appreciated!
