mail reaches our pop server but then when server the exchange server
downloads the mail it goes from the pop account and then disapears!!!

it is not seen the the mail tracking or in the actual inbox that the
 mail is setup for.

this only happens for some accounts

tried recreating pop connector for accounts but this did not solve it

 losing important emails!

any help please please please
