remove the relay agent, it is not required.
On the IP page of the RRAS properties. Down the bottom it says 'Use the
following adapter for DHCP etc...', set it to your internal NIC.
You may also have a problem with your binding order. Check your Network
Properties, Advanced, Advanced Settings and ensure the internal NIC is first
in the list.
