You ask if we are using only Exchange mail profile or are
they using an Internet profile as well...Don't really
understand this unless you mean are we using hotmail or
another webbased mail acount. No we are not.

We use BT account to have mail come into our organization
as this is our ISP. We have a broadband account with them.

Then we went into My Computer > control panel > Mail, on
the client PC. We then inserted our username and password
and also.
pop3.ispname.com
smtp.ispname.com
We get the mail in OK but we need to click send and
receive to get our mail.
