In RRAS, create the static pool of IP addresses that you want to use for VPN
clients. These will be in the same subnet as your SBS. In the SBS DHCP
scope, make an exclusion for these IP addresses so they are not assigned by
the DHCP server to LAN clients. In RRAS, configure the DHCP Relay Agent to
relay info (DNS, gateway, etc.) from the DHCP server to the VPN clients.
