No. and I don't think they ever were. These were people working from the
outside doing medical billing stuff. They never nad a computer account on the
domain. I am assuming that device cals are bound to the computer name rather
than the login.

we have 15 device cals that are all assigned so new ones get temp cals taht
are good for 90 (?) days. Of the cals assinged many of them are ral old and
have not been used for over a year so my understanding is that after 89 days
of no use they expire and go back to inventory to be assigned anew. But they
have no exporation date (exporation date is blank) so they don't return to be
reassigned. most of thoes workstations are long gone but the device cal is
still atached to workstations that are no longer alive.
