I'm having the same problem.
Up until last Tuesday two of the users were running successfully.
I don't know nor can see any changes to the server or pda's.
Both PDA's stopped working at the same time and come up with identical error. ActiveSync encountered a problem on the server. 0x85010014

We have restarted the server.
Recreated the profile on the pda.
We are running Tremd Micro SMB 3.6

thanks in advance.
