Not sure how to do this - SBS2003 Server

I have a server which all the data for my company resides. Hard disks are
getting full and I need to expand my data storage.
I have purchased a small network appliance that sits on the network and
appears as \\device\shares when I look at the network.
My data resides at \\data\data\ . I was wondering if there was a way to
LINK the two directories together to share it.
This would be on my local network and not across a wan.
I thought DFS was the way, but everything I have read on DFS makes it appear
as a REPLICATION tool for remote sites.
I just need to add more space to \\data\data.
Yes, purchasing new hard drives and moving everything over to that could be
an option if the drives weren't already as large as the machine would let it
be.
Thanks
Les
