if your current news server does not carry the mentioned groups you should
be able to connect directly to news.microsoft.com
When you run the CEICW it populates the forwarders tap in your DNS with the
dns servers of your ISP. This is the only place on your entire LAN where
these addresses are found. Every other reference to DSN must be the ip
address of your SBS server.
If you can confirm that this is the case, you might try posting the results
of ipconfig /all > c:\iptest.txt from both your server and a representative
workstation.
