I have a customer that cannot use the Shared Fax application. The problem
is
that when they look at the Outlook contacts through the Shared Fax wizard
it
doesn't show the "Company" field. It only shows the Name, Display Name,
Email Address, and Email Type fields. This contact list is a contacts
public
folder that has been configured to be used as an address list inside
Outlook.
Of course, if you look at the Global Address List inside the wizard it
does
show the company. These are contacts inside Active Directory and internal
people. They don't need to know their company since they are internal.
How can we show the Company field for the Contact address book?
