instant messaging server gone in sbs2k3?

If instant messaging capbilities via exchange are gone in 2k3, what can I
recommend to my clients who have grown acustom to using this in sbs2k?
Does microsoft have something in place for small businesses that replaces
the old instant messaging functionality of sbs2k exchange?
