VPN cannot browse network

We seem to have lost the ability for remote VPN users to see the network
past the SBS2003 Premium server. (ISA 2004)

As we need to use one of our databases on another internal server via VPN
this is a major problem.

We cannot ping, tracert, use UNC paths etc, although if I go "ping dan01" it
does resolve the IP address.

We have two client networks which do NOT have this problem, and after close
scrutiny of DNS, DHCP, RRAS etc I cannot see any difference. I've not been
able to find anything on the web that helps. Does anyone have any ideas?
