Remote Access to Terminal Services - Error 800

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I have been trying to solve a problem with our terminal services that
we set up recently. I don't know much about networks or indeed have
any indepth knowledge of computer systems so hired an IT Engineer to
assist with the installation.

Although we now have the server up and running in the office we have
hit a stumbling block with regards to access to the server remotely.
It appears to work on some broadband set ups but on the majority the
Error 800 comes up when you attempt to access it.

This is a big problem for us and the only solution I have been offered
so far is for everyone to buy a modem with reduced security settings
on however this is not practicle for people on the move nor for
wireless access.

Any assistance on this is greatly appreciated!

Paul
