Thanks for the response Merv.

1. It's a Router/firewall from Watchguar
(http://www.watchguard.com/products/x550e.asp)
2. One active NIC in the server.

No ISA software installed on the workstation.
I can't connect to the server from outside the network either.

You say you have a "Firefox firewall". I'm not familiar with this. Can you
explain?

Do you only have 1 NIC in the SBS server?

Can you please post an ipconfig /all for the server and for a
workstation?

ISA is optional, dynamic IPs for the workstations will work fine. Do the
workstations have the ISA firewall client software installed?

Did you use ConnectComputer to join each workstation to the SBS domain?
This should have set up each workstation for RWW access. After that run
CEICW, enable the firewall (if you have 2 NICs), select your services
(including RWW), create a Web Server Certificate and finish CEICW.

Hello world,

I'm experiencing an issue configuring rww to allow a few sales guys to
access their desktops while they are on the road.
I can connect to the desktops from within the office with no problem, when
I
try to connect from outside I get error message stating : '"The client
could
not connect ot the remote computer. Remote connections might not be
enabled
or the computer might be to busy to accept connections.".
I can't connect with the administrator account nor the user accounts which
has the right permission.

I have a few questions.
1. where can I find some document online on how to configure rww to work.
2. I have a Firefox firewall I opened filter port 443, 4125, is that all?
3. Is it manadatory to have an ISA server configured?
4. could having one nic card on the server cause the busy server error?
5. on the firewall how can I make sure the port that's opened is tied to
ip
of the server (telnet)?
6. does the internal desktops needs static ip's?

I have been working on this project for a couple of weeks, and getting to
the deadline where the sales team needs remote access, if I can't get this
to
work I am looking a licensed web access like gotomypc or something.
Any form of guidance would be greatly appriciated for this issue.

Ramy
