Accessing e-mail with Remote Web Workplace

Saturday, January 13, 2007

Hello Fellow Travelers,

I am having a challenge with SBS 'Remote Web Workplace'. I can
successfully login to the server using IE and into the 'Read my company
e-mail'. The screens come up quickly and it appears that I am set to read
and respond to e-mail, make entries in the calendar, etc. There is just one
challenge. Though I can move around through the folders and view the e-mail
listing (from and subject), I am unable to view the content or respond to
the e-mail, but there is one exception.

The exception manifested itself when I went into the WinXP Pro
IE -> Tools menu -> Internet Options -> Advanced and changed some
restrictions. Now one message will pop up in its own window and that
message is from (your guessed it) the systems Administrator. It's telling
me that a message could not be delivered. It says, "You do not have
permission to send to this recipient", but that's another newsgroup
question.

Any help with this 'Remote Web Workplace' dilemma that you can
give me, would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

John A. Jackson
