I am running ISA client, don't know what FW is?
I've been trying to install it on a workstation.

ok, let's back up..
are you running the ISA FW client? if no, try installing it onto the
workstation.
I just installed Rhapsody on my XP workstation, sitting behind ISA 2004 amd
it installed without a problem.

I followed the instructions in the web link.
I've reloaded the rhapsody program, I uninstalled IE 7, and MS Media
Player
11. I turned off the firewalls. It still will not install and setup. I
talked to tech support for rhapsody and they referred me back to MS tech
support.

Kevin,
I'm NOT running ISA 2004, I'm using ISA 2000.

Thanks for responding.
I'm not running ISA 2004, but ISA 2000. The client is running ISA
Client
app.
I'll try both and get back to you.

and, I just found this ... it may have to do with the gzip
compression
option with ISA 2004. I've had to turn it off for another app as
well.

I'm running SBS 2003 Server, with IIS and ISA. On one of my
client
machines
I'm trying to install Rhapsody software. It will not install,
talking
with
Rhapsody tech support, they believe that it's being blocked. How
do
I
check
to see if and what is being blocked by ISA, as far as web sites?
