Erroneous Exchange size limit error
We have 2 exchange servers in our organization. ABC and 123. A user
trying to send to Joe@xxxxxxx from their Mary@123 account is getting
the following NDR message
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
Joe@xxxxxxx on 12/9/2006 4:39 PM
This message is larger than the current system limit or the
recipient's mailbox is full. Create a shorter message body or remove
attachments and try sending it again.
<ABCmailserver.com #5.2.3>
No limits are set anywhere, either for size of mailbox or size of
message. What else could be causing this NDR?
TIA,
J
