Was SQL 2000 previously installed and being used?
Was it uninstalled prior to the SQL 2005 installation?

Thanks for the reply, Cris. SBS 2003 Premium was installed prior to SQL 2005
being installed. After SQL 2005 was installed, SQL 2005 SP1 was re-applied.
Server is currently up, but error continually appears.
