SBS2003 replacing SBS2000 - ok to keep same IP, domain and computer name?

About to replace an existing SBS2000 with a SBS2003 Premium.

Plan was to keep same IP, domain and computer name, just transfer over file
data and Exchange data, then join existing Win2k/XP clients to the new
server.

Any issues if I keep server IP (192.168.16.2), Domain Name and Server Name
the same??

Also have Trend SMB and BackupExec

Thanks
