Re: SBS 2003 Mobile Sycn Problem - Update

The cert is there, I got the device to sync with one of our admin accounts,
it just will not sync with the one we need.

I tried to uncheck the ssl in earlier troubleshooting and just brought about
different errors, I think that SBS needs that checked.

have you copied the cert to the mobile device?
Have you tried unchecking the SSL box for connecting to Exchange

Using SSL, which is the default when you are setting this up in
activesync.

The workstation is setup with authenticated users in the admin group due
to
LOB apps running in the network that require this.

Is the User who is trying to synch a member of:
Local Administrators Group on their machine (workstation)
The Remote Users Groups

Are you trying to synch with SSL or no SSL when you configured the synch
with Exchange

I took one of our Admin accounts and configured the mobile properties
for
testing.

I was able to succesfully sync this device to the admin exchange box
with
no
errors. So it appears that the problem is in the user account that we
are
trying to get syncing.

Is there any other way to figure this out besides scrapping that box
and
starting over?
