Hi, Thanks for the response.
I'd like to point that: I believe the way you asked me to do is wrong. First
it is not the problem DURING the installation. It is the problem AFTER
(post-installation) the installation. e.g. after installation, DNS server
needs to be configured. 2nd,the one thing I missed is that I only created an
A record for mycompany.com but did not create CNAME for www.mycompany.com
pointing to mycompany.com, so when I went to the web site and typed
www.mycompany.com in the address bar, it showed no such page found. after I
created CNAME record for *.mycompany.com pointing to mycompany.com,
everything is OK.
