SBS ISA troubles

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I have a SBS 2003 hosting a web site, sitting behind a Netopia ADSL router.
At times folks trying to get to the site will get the ISA 10061 error.
Sometimes a refresh will get you the real page, other times it seem like the
site is down and the 10061 error page is all you'll get. Reboot the server
to get the site back. Can't find anything in the logs to indicate a problem.
Have tried stopping/restarting the web site, and about everything else
before reboot, but the site will not come back.
Have swapped the NIC cards and using a tried and true 10/100 card now. Sorta
at a loss now.

Anyplace I should be looking in the logs to help pin this down?
