I would suggest a Dedicated VPN between the sites. I prefer to use Cisco
Routers and VPN setup. I have many clients with this setup and it works
perfectly for sharing resources, printing, email (Outlook 2003 Cached Mode).
I would suggest contacting an Authorized Cisco Partner to get a proposal on
what it would take to setup multiple sites with dedicated VPN, in Cisco
Terms a Meshed VPN.
