Troubles accessing internal website from outside ISA Server

Hi,
I've been working on this problem for a couple of days now and I can't
figure out what I'm doing wrong;
I am running SBS2003 Premium with ISA and I created a new asp site in IIS
and I can only seem to access the site using the http://companyweb/<url>. If
I try to access it from out side the ISA server, I get 403 Forbidden - The
server denies the specified Uniform Resource.
I have been using RWW with no problems since I upgraded to SBS2003 and I can
still access everything in there OK.
I've tried creating a new publishing rule in ISA with a new destination set
but that didn't do anything. I haven't been able to find any info on how to
set this up and I would think that it would be common practice in many
places to create new websites within IIS and have them accessible to the
outside world.....
I checked out ISASERVER.org and couldn't find anything and I tried checking
out smallbizserver.net but the site appears to be down. I've also checked
out the ISA help file and it describes how to set up web publishing rules
but I just don't know if I need to do this or not since it is on the same
server.
Can anyone be of any assistance on this issue?
Thanks so much.
