new installation questions..

I currently have a peer network and have just completed an SBS2003
installation with 2 NICs and a router (DHCP handled by SBS). I have
installed/Admined SBS 2000 and SBS4.5 in the past but not for a long time
and I need some help brushing up my knowledge:
1. How do I get my existing emails out of outlook and into exchange? Do I
save the pst, reconfigure outlook for Exchange, then somehow load the pst
file back into outlook. BTW I currently have Outlook 2002 SP3 will the pst
successful migrate to Outlook 2003? Or do I put the pst on the server an
Exchange will refuddle it into the exchange database?
2. Is there a quick and nasty (not a whitepaper *please*) guide to
installing SBS somewhere? Just something that will tell me common pitfalls
to avoid and must dos etc...
Thanks,
Paul
