SBS2k3 Cannot Download from Some Web Sites

Hi again
Make that two niggles (grin) The same SBS2k3 Premium build.
Went to download some printer drivers (as yah do), from the server console
and got some varied results.
The Ubix web site downloaded no problems.
The HP web site didn't, and came back with the following error message
ISA Server: extended error message:
200 Type set to I.
500 Illegal PORT Command
The main difference between these two downloadable drivers are...
The Ubix site supplies .zip files... The HP site supplies .exe files!
I've never had to tweak anything in ISA before to allow file downloads....?
Any ideas welcome
