Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance



I'm afraid so, MS never did solve this issue. On my 4.5 server the issue
has come and gone but I've never gotten the DrWatson - only crashes on
startup that are usually solved by not allowing anyone access to the server
while it reboots (ie: wait 5-10 minutes before allowing use of the server).
