Hi Rob,

Your external nic has got a foreign dns suffix. Are you using PPPoE for
connecting to the internet? Get yourself a cheap router and put that between
the external nic and the ADSL modem.
The external nic can never have the internal nic as DHCP server.

The internal nic should have NetBIOS over TCP/IP enabled.
The external nic should have NetBIOS over TCP/IP disabled.
No WINS needed on the external nic.
