Problem with delay before the login prompt after sbs2003 upgrade

I have upgdraded our SBS2000 to SBS2003. After det upgrade we got a strange
problem.
When the client computer starts up (windows xp+sp2) there is a delay with
maybe two minutes when
the "please wait, applying computer settings" are showing. After that the
login prompt is showing.
Two minutes feels like a very long time when you are starting up your
computer these days.

Before when we were using SBS2000 this was never happening.
These are the things that I´ve checked:
* Dns, dhcp - The clients are getting the right addresses from the server.
Also tested the DNS.
* Removed a computer from the domain and rejoined it. Also removed it from
"ad users and computers"
* Tried to join the computer with sbs wizard
* Installed a totally new computer that haved never been in the domain
before, the delay wasn´t there
the first time we logged in but after some days it was the same problem.
* Resetted the computer settings for one computer.
None of the above worked...

Is there a different authentication in 2000 and 2003 domains for the
computers?
Feels like there is some settings left from the 2000 domain who is interfere
with the 2003 domain settings,
does someone have any clue I will be really grateful.
Searched the net with no success.
