well, it would appear since all on the test computer works, that something
does not match.

On the problem client:
Logon to the workstation, not the domain as Administrator

Go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Advanced Tab > Advanced User
Management > Advanced button

Click on Groups Folder on the Left
Right Click on the Administrators Group on the Right > Properties

Do you see DomainName\Domain Admins in there?
Do you see the DomainName\UserAccount in there?
If not you should add both of them to this group
