Hello,

I have set up a Small Business Server 2003. I want all users to send and
receive through a single company email address (e.g. company@domain.com)
rather than each user sending with their own email address.

I have a distribution list set up to distribute company@domain.com to each
users' mailbox.

I tried going in to the users' properties, Email addresses tab, and changing
the default SMTP address to company@domain.com, but then it seemed that the
distribution list did not work all of the time.

To try a workaround, I set up a separate POP/SMTP account in Outlook for the
users and set it as the default for each user. This works for new messages
but it seems that messages that I reply to send out via Exchange.

I tried changing the default Recipient Policy to have a default SMTP
company@domain.com (rather than just @domains.com) but this created a
different reply-to address for each user along the lines of
company1@domain.com, company2@domain.com, etc.

Should I be creating a new user so as to create a mailbox that other users
"send as" - if so, can this be configured so that it always sends out from
that mailbox?

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
