Hi Gary,

For what it is worth: you can always call Microsoft PSS if you have a
problem after applying a hotfix. You won't be charged.
Best thing to do however before applying a hotfix, certainly on a SBS 4.5
box, is reboot first to make sure everything works by checking the
eventlogs, then apply the hotfix.
