Hi Matt,

OWA and VPN are 2 completely different things. Also, you do know that
support for 4.5 is running out? You have a very nice upgrade price to SBS
2003 Premium and upgrade CAL's.
If you have a static public IP, you don't need anything from your ISP.
For OWA you will need to forward port 443 from your router to your external
nic IP and for VPN port 1723 and the GRE-protocol 47.

Of course you will need to rerun the ICW wizard.
