Hi Allan,
When one of my clients still was on ISDN dialup, that dialupconnection was
the authentication and they had a static IP to use for this connection.
In the IMC I send all the mail via smarthost (the ISP's SMTP server), and
received with SMTP.
So I am not sure what exactly your ISP means with that SMTP authentication.
