BO SBS Server4.5 Out Bound mail not delivered.

Hi ALL,

Firstly I have a Virus called (VBS.Bagle.X worm)on my
priv.edb file in c:\exchsrvr\mdbdata. This was detected
by VET Antivirus and cannot be removed. How can I correct
this.
Secondly my SBS server 4.5 which is unable
to deliver mail to other recipients outside of my server.
Could this be caused by this virus.
