Hi Travis,

Your domain name (shadowbox.ca) because you want to have emailaddresses like
user@shadowbox.ca and the CEICW wizard will do that automatically for you if
you fill that name in when it is asking for it.
Exchange will take care of receiving and sending email. No need for those
pop accounts anymore.
