Hi root

I agree AV is utmost importance. She already has NAV installed and up to
date.

My concerns are really with "why is she using 3 times the bandwidth
uploading stuff (which I don't know what it is) "?

I now get my ISP telling me my monthly allocation (400MB) is almost used up
for the month. Prior to this I NEVER went over 200MB per month.
