Hi,

We're running SBS 4.5, and I can't seem to get the Fax Server to work
properly. For a while it was at 100% CPU Utilization. I uninstalled and
reinstalled it according to this article:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;224791

and managed to stop the 100% CPU problen, but then it seemed to start
taking up all 4 COM ports, which was a problem due to our UPS software
wanting one of them. Trying to uninstall it and reinstall it again led
back to the same CPU problem. Any ideas of what's going on? I've also
tried re-installing our two modems, which doesn't seem to help. Both are
Gateway 2000 TelePath II 28.8Kbps Fax/Modems.

Thanks,

Aaron
