Mac OSX connectivity

Hi,

Does anyone have, or could point me to details on connecting a Mac running
OSX to a SBS4.5 domain.

Would ideally want to:

Use Outlook to access Exchange server.

File share between Mac and PC's in the domain. (I know I can install AFP
services, but I don't know if that's best for OSX)

Access the internet through Proxy Server.

Any help/pointers would be appreciated as always.

Thank you.

Doug T.
