Thnak you for quick reply!

My concern is DNS records.

Specifically will the old domain be still be visible on the internet? Can I
keep the original Domain Name somehow?

I wanted to do an inplace upgrade but the old install web server/exchange
stops running occassionally.

Restarting gets error message "IP address already in use". Rebooting system
will eventually clear this.

Any ideas on correcting this error? This will buy me some time to get
everything in order.
