Error message - recent conversion from 97 to 2003

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I get this error message when I open some of my applications after conversion
from Access 97 to 2003. Can anyone help me fix it?

You can't exit Microsoft Access Now
If you're running a visual basic module that is using OLE or DDE, you
may need to interrupt the module.

As far as I know, I'm not running a VB module.
