Not sure how that changes the security issues I posted.

Again, tell us what you want to accomplish and we might be able to give you
some guidance. I still doubt you will find much in the way of a template
because Access is not really a good tool for HR data. Even just storing the
social security number and name in one place using Access is a bit
dangerous. If that data gets out, OUCH!

Give us some specs...
