Table Fields Help

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I will try and explain this the best I can.
In my table I need fields L_1_1, L_1_2, L_1_3, L_2_1, L_2_2,
L-2_3.....notice how the second number increments. I need this all the way up
to L_50_1... I need to do this for quite a lot of fields...Does anyone know
of a faster way to do this?
