I you can make the assumption that they are not that familiar with Access,
try hiding all the important tables. If they can't see them and don't know
to make them visible it may take some time for them to work it out, assuming
of course they do not know the tables have been hidden in the first place.
An empty looking db will leave them scratching their heads.
