Each user requires his/her own copy of Access, so if all you currently have
is a single user license, you'll only have a single user license after you
upgrade.
On the other hand, the Access 2007 is now free, so that should be
sufficient.

A charity I consult with has Access 2002 single user, full version
installed.
They desire upgrade to Access 2007 but they will need a multi-user version
henceforth.
Is single-user to multi-user in the upgrade path of full version to
upgrade
version?
If not, please advise the alternative.
