Windows Installer runs everytime Access is started

We completely uninstalled Ofice 2003 Pro because Word was running slow.
Reinstalled Office 2003 Pro and all the updates. Now Access runs the Windows
Installer everytime you start Access, all other Office programs run fine.
Worked fine before reloading.
