Access 2002 upgrade to Access 2007

A charity I consult with has Access 2002 single user, full version installed.
They desire upgrade to Access 2007 but they will need a multi-user version
henceforth.
Is single-user to multi-user in the upgrade path of full version to upgrade
version?
If not, please advise the alternative.
Thanks
