Thanks Gina, I'll try to resolve next week when I'm on site. I had no idea
what I was looking at at first, but it makes sense now. I really
appreciate
your help.

What you are seeing is the program that uses that particular file that
Access says it's missing. What you might want to check is
Tools|references
in the form module and see if somehow it referenced on that particular
workstation.

Thanks Gina, But I don't see anything that helps here. Am I missing
something? all I see is advertisment to buy some program?

I have written an Access 2003 program which runs fine on over 120 +
computers
where I have installed the program. However, after installing the
program
on
a new machine running Access 2003 SP3 I now get the following
message
when
I
try to run the program "missing file...mhlabl32.ocx". When I search
the
computer for this file, the search comes up empty, yet on the
machines
where
the program runs OK I cannot find this file either. What type file
is
this
and whats it's purpose. I can find no mention of it on the web
either.
