Hi,
If you're using XP, not sure about Vista. Go to Control Panel - Folder
Options - File Types Tab In the Registered file types list box, select the
file extention of 'MDB' and below, click the 'Change' button. Select the
Application listed or click the 'Browse' button to search the Access version
you to open by default.

You can't. The default will always be the most recently used version of
Access.

That's not what's happening with my system. It defaults to Access 2003 and I
always use Access 2007.
Of course, I can change the shortcut path, but it a pain to have to do it
every time I create a database or a shortcut. I thought there was some trick.
I guess not
Thanks anyway.
[quoted text clipped - 15 lines]Hi,
On my computer, I have the two versions of Access, 2003 and 2007. I want
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\MSACCESS.EXE"
"C:\Folder\Database.mdb"
